In the shown kinetic sculptures I use motors that have a limited life span (every motor has) I offer spare parts to be sent with the sculpture, so that many people can replace them in case of necessity. It all depends how often and hoe long you may use the mechanism to run. Some of my sculptures are designed to run every day up to 8 hours or even more while others are designed to run occasionally and each time for some small time. These sculptures can be run using a timer switch (not included).
